My lighthouse journey!

Over 20 years ago as a Counsellor,  I was looking for the next step on my journey.  An insight came through an Oprah article asking what your passion is and that the answer lies in seeing what books were on your bookshelf.  Virtually all my books were on healing.  In acknowledging the unseen  my eyes were open to see that next step. That insight initiated my journey into an Integrative Energy Healing program.  This led to Trauma and Self-Regulation Somatic Therapy Training, while also becoming a Cranial Sacral Therapist.

As a Cranial Sacral Therapist, discovering birth imprints and birth trauma led to constellation and Pre / Perinatal professional training with Myrna Martin.  Shamanism and dreamwork were always at the forefront guiding.  In my unfolding journey and discovery, a birth dream offered another awakening insight intertwined with a Kundalini process.  My senses were opening and awakening while I was present to the confusion and disorientation as things crystal clear were not aligning in reality.  Unconscious patterns, ancestral, karmic and past life issues all became present as I waded through an alternate reality. This "awakening experience" continued for years before the sun started to shine, bringing clarity and clear skies.  As I embodied my "Lighthouse" with clear vision and clairvoyance, the Winds then blew The Practical Shaman Renee Baribeau and her book "Winds of Spirit" into my life.  My journey with the "Wind Spirits", like our first breath in life, has been a way to be present in the world and bring my gifts to light.
