My journey to be in awe I suspect began before I was born, clearly I was on a mission. Although I was introduced to the energy world as a child through my Aunt, we we can fast forward to when I was a Counsellor. It was then I was sensing there was more to tune into on my awakening journey so I entered into an Integrative Energy Healing Program which later opened the door to Cranial Sacral Therapy. Discovering birth imprints and exploring my own birth patterns was eye opening and was tied into ancestral and constellation work with Pre and Perinatal Professional training. At the same time Trauma & Self Regulation and Shamanism were very present on my journey. My dreams have definitely been a guiding force in my life. You may hear me say, "I had a dream...." or "In my dream ..." followed by some decision or next step I am taking in life. Dreams and being in nature have definitely helped me navigate the seen and unseen aspects in life. Especially in the awakening aspects of my journey where, you might be aware, your world falls apart and you question reality on many levels. In life the Wind does blow, so special mention to the Wind Spirits that bring inspiration while becoming present to the stars, Astrology and the greater patterns at play.
